Welcome to WC WIZ, where WooCommerce magic happens! The name WC WIZ stands for WooCommerce Wizard, a fitting tribute to my passion for both WooCommerce and the magical world of Harry Potter. This journey began back in 2016 when I wanted to start a YouTube channel to share my expertise on WordPress and WooCommerce. Known in my community as the WordPress and WooCommerce wizard, the name WC WIZ naturally evolved from this reputation.
Due to personal and confidence issues, I couldn’t start the YouTube channel back then. However, my path took a significant turn when I joined Automattic as a Happiness Contractor for the WordPress.com support team. Shortly after, I was promoted to the WooCommerce support team, marking a pivotal moment in my career. This experience taught me invaluable lessons about growth, learning, and helping others, shaping me into the expert I am today. My adviser and team leader at Automattic played incredible roles in this transformation.
Since 2012, I have been a dedicated fan of WordPress and WooCommerce. Working as an official support engineer for WooCommerce and WordPress.com has only deepened this passion. Inspired by this love, I revived my old dream, repurchasing the domain to start my YouTube channel and share WooCommerce tutorials.
